DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery normally takes 4–9 working days from the date your order is dispatched. We process all orders within 1–2 working days to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

During periods of high demand or in the event of delays with the courier, delivery may take slightly longer.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with trusted delivery partners, including PostNord, Bring and other local couriers, to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return my order?

Yes. When shopping online, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must contact us within this period and clearly let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Your item must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your order. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, any reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.

The product is sold out – when will it be back in stock?

We do our best to keep our products in stock, but some items or variants may occasionally sell out due to high demand.
